Front Desk staff here is friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful check in on a Saturday early evening. Room was comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The location is great, nestled in the woods but convenient to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed walking around the building several times and looking at the small pond where deer were present. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. Lots of choices; bagels, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, muffins, waffles, granola, yogurt, coffee, juices, and more all in a cozy dining room. The late check out is great, twelve noon. I wish the room rate had been lower but for a last minute booking on a Saturday, I was grateful for our stay at the lovely Brockport Best Western. This property is immaculate.
I spent six nights here last week, while helping family members move into this area. The hotel is one of the nicer Best Westerns I've stayed in, the staff ranged from pleasantly friendly to superbly friendly, the breakfasts were above average (for hotel breakfasts), and the hotel is in a great location. And Sarah, the housekeeping manager, is an amazingly hard worker and delightfully friendly. I recommend this hotel!
We loved our experience at this hotel! Morgan was exceptional. Our flight was late, we got ripped off on our rental car and ended up with an EV. She took the time to help us figure out how to charge it even though it was after midnight. The rooms were clean, breakfast great and the location was wonderful! We especially loved exploring the cemetery behind the property. We will definitely be back!

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a few request during our stay and they happily took care of my needs. The room was very nice, clean, ans had a fresh smell. Bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was much improved from last visit also. Still not many GF options, but that's typical for hotels. Overall a much improved hotel.
This hotel stay was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was wonderful. My room was modern, up-to-date, and clean. The breakfast selection was also outstanding. Highly recommend!
Staff is absolutely phenomenal. Bill was super personable and made great conversation. Beds are a bit stiff for my preference. Need more guys like bill in the world.
We stayed here for the long weekend! Very friendly employees and the room was awesome. Very roomy and clean. Will def stay there again. It felt just like home .
